Joy around the world

This week (december 15-21) is International Launguage week. Although I am not fluent in any language except English (and even that is questionable), I thought a great Tuesday’s topic is to say

Merry Christmas

Feliz Navidad!

Joyeux Noel!

Fröhliche
Weihnachten!

and many more available at Santas.net

If you are traveling, may it be safe and filled with sily Christmas songs. I hope your holiday is wonderful.

– because next tuesday is Christmas Day, I’ll be blogging early, and you’re welcome to as well. The topic is: enjoy time with friends and family.

Have a wonderful holiday!

  1. I’m late … today is Wednesday but it is still International Language week – great topic! It gave me a chance to ramble about my hazy Spanish, being a blessing to a family in need (an 8 year old little girl in particular) this Christmas season and musing online about how the Depression marked my Grandmother and her frugality marking me. You can read the rest of the story at

I plan to blog on Christmas Day after I get home from my daughter’s … it will be a good time to ruminate about my Christmas presents that I receive and what I didn’t get that I want or will buy for myself from my list of wish possibilities that I gave my daughter (I forgot to tell her this year that I really need a new sweatsuit or two … mine are old and getting quite raggedy worn out!)
